My journey began over two decades ago, in 2001, when I first stepped into leadership with a mission to inspire change. As a Black LGBTQ+ professional, I’ve navigated the complexities of corporate, academic, and entrepreneurial spaces with resilience, authenticity, and a commitment to justice. Along the way, I’ve learned that true transformation happens when we combine leadership with purpose, wellness, and equity—and that’s what I bring to every organization I work with.

I’ve had the privilege of designing and building corporate colleges, creating transformative leadership programs, and coaching individuals to embrace servant leadership. As the founder of Golden Global Enterprises (GGE), I’ve dedicated my career to helping organizations and individuals unlock their potential by integrating wellness, emotional resilience, and equity into their strategies.

What makes me unique is the combination of my lived experience and my professional expertise. As someone who’s broken barriers and built bridges in spaces often resistant to change, I bring empathy, cultural competence, and a deep understanding of the human side of business. I’ve designed scalable learning experiences that empower teams to thrive, and I’ve guided organizations through the complex but necessary work of fostering inclusive cultures.

My approach blends the science of leadership with the art of transformation. I specialize in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Transformation (DEIT), conflict resolution, and organizational consulting. My work is about more than just solving problems—it’s about creating sustainable growth, innovation, and connection. Whether it’s helping leaders navigate tough decisions, mediating workplace conflicts, or designing DEIT initiatives, my focus is always on empowering people.

Work Terms

I operate Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST). I am also available for weekend and evening consultations upon request, though these may incur an additional fee. I value timely and efficient communication, so I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business hours. For initial consultations, I prefer using platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams, while ongoing communication is managed through your chosen method. I am also available for in-person events and meetings.

To ensure a smooth workflow, I require a 50% upfront deposit before beginning any project, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or delivery of services. For ongoing or retainer-based engagements, payments are billed monthly.

Deliverables and timelines are always mutually agreed upon before starting a project, and any revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope are billed at my standard hourly rate. Confidentiality and professionalism are at the heart of my work, and I am committed to fostering trust and collaboration in every engagement.
