Work Terms

I charge a fair price for what I do and do it professionally the first time. My fees are thousands less than attorneys, and hundreds less than most incorporation services. Flat fee projects work best because every nonprofit is different, and some (such as those with international missions, churches, schools, hospitals, and research facilities) take a while to complete. I try to complete all work within 7 days of receiving all needed information. I also have an optional follow-up service contract for nonprofits who want ongoing consulting services once established.
