I graduated from the faculty of electronics and Communications Engineering and I enhanced my skills in data analysis by taking:
1. MSc and Ph.D. in bioinformatics for analyzing biological, medical data and create machine learning models and different programming languages (Matlab, Python) and Weka application.
2. Udacity nanodegree Data analysis professional track during the course. I learned the data analysis process of wrangling, exploring, analyzing, and communicating data. I work with data in Python
I have participated in several projects as applications on Machine learning techniques:
Completed project:
1. Expecting the response to interferon therapy in Egyptaients Hepatitis C virus.
2. Expecting the pathogenic mutations in the human body.
Uncompleted projects related to COVID-19 in STDF but were rejected by the jury:
1. Fast Tracking and Detection of COVID-19 Utilizing Artificial Intelligence for Optimizing Clinical Management of this Pandemic.
2. Coronavirus “COVID-19” database and applying Bioinformatics technology for a confrontation of this epidemic.
Professionally, I'm a scientific researcher who has several scientific skills; writing and preparing a manuscript for publishing, writing surveys and proposal, a reviewer of several manuscripts in major publishing houses as Elsevier and nature.
practically, I have experience in writing and reviewing patents.
Currently, I’m interested in the applications of quantum computing techniques, where I participated in the QBronze57 Quantum Computing and Programming workshop organized by the world as an entangling event for QEgypt.
