I am an experienced corporate relationship banker by profession having more than 20 years of experiences in different leading Corporate Banks in Bangladesh (both Conventional Banking and Islamic Banking). Academically, I have completed Doctor in Business Administration (DBA) and MBA (Major in Finance) from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. My research topic was “Risk Management in Banks: It’s Relationship with the Financial Performance of Commercial Banks in Bangladesh” (publication under process). I am also Certified Moody’s Analyst: Certificate in Commercial Credit (CICC). I have also participated in more than 30 nos. of professional training program in home and aboard related to Corporate Credit Analysis, Financial Analysis, Sustainable Financing, Corporate Relationship and Banking Operations arranged by different local and international organizations including IFC, World Bank and Asian Development Bank (ADB).
I have expertise and experience in any research work or report writing related to Banking and Finance including Problem Statement, Gap Analysis, Research Methodology Development, Econometric Model Development (by using dynamic GMM model), Data Analysis (by using Stata) and findings analysis etc.
By profession I have vest experiences and expertise as Financial Analyst. I have also exposure in Project Feasibility Study report preparation and analysis (for new or BMRE projects), Historical and Projected Financial Statement preparation and analysis, Financial Report Writing, Capital Budgeting, Working Capital Assessment, Work Order Financing, Memo preparation. In addition, I have experience to work as financial advisor and consultant in different corporate companies and project.
I have also expertise in preparation of training materials for any topics related to Banking and Finance.
Work Terms
Will be available in flexible hours. All payment must be through Bank Account.
