In strategy and policy development area, I guide clients with original methodology of strategic forecasting. It uses early warning, reading weak signals, long-term foresight and planning, it helps to overcome the illusion of "volatility and uncertainty". It ensures successful strategy and related policy development in multilayered, transitional and conflictual contexts.
In organizational development, linking it to the needs of and aligning it with strategy, I help to organize things and processes in a way that prevents surprises and disruptions, through anticipative change approach.
In personal development, which in my view should not be seen as separate and stand-alone area, I privilege multidimensional progress in both work/education and health. I coach for health and physical transformation, intellectual and spiritual development that serve and enable the organizational and, above, strategy levels. This involves also strengthening immunity and building virus resistance, building stable habits.
I hear a question: Why to involve all three levels, usually taken separately, in an integrated development? In fact, better strategies/policies require better organizations, better organizations require better state of the people involved, especially their leaders. This approach seeks to helps individuals, decision-makers, leaders to raise their own capacity, to boost their organizations and to set solid strategies that do not fail at the next "unpredictable" factor, be is social, economic or political challenges.
