Most of my work experience is with Semi-Conductor Laboratory (SCL), Mohali, Punjab, a unit of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). SCL is engaged in Design, Development and Fabrication of Application Specific Semiconductor Devices (VLSI-Very Large Scale Integrated Circuits) for strategic requirements of space, defence & telecom. Formerly known as Semiconductor Complex Limited, a Government of India Enterprise,Educational Qualifications
 PhD in 2020 from Chandigarh University in Knowledge Management. Thesis – Knowledge Management Capability Model (KMCM) for Higher Educational Institutions: An Empirical Study of Institutes of Engineering & Management in Northern India.
 MBA in 1991 in Marketing (Evening Course) from Punjab University, Chandigarh.
 B.E. in 1983 in Electronics & Communication Engineering from REC, Kurukshetra.

Work Experience
I have more than 34 years of experience in the areas of
 Teaching Research Methodology ( SPSS-AMOS) during my PhD
 Information Technology Projects Management
 Setting up and running VLSI Design Education Centre
 Business Development of Semiconductor Devices
I retired as Scientist “SG” (Divisional Head) from Semiconductor Laboratory, a unit of ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization). Details attached as Annexure I.
