It was published first as a honorary exposition with Humanorum, Vol 2, Central Michigan University’s (CMU) Journal on Society, a prestigious publication at CMU where Andre studied Sociology. His creative writing and ethnographic certification would later qualify him as grant writer and consultant (Returning Citizen, reentry) for Next Generation Community Organizers (NGCO), a non-profit organization; soon after, promoted to Manager of Programs and Project Input. He worked closely with NGCO late founder and CEO, former City Councilwoman Mamie Posey-Moore, learning humanities, procedure, planning strategies and events.
