Work Terms
Communication: All project discussions, updates, and feedback will be conducted via the freelancer platform messaging system for transparency and documentation. Response time is within 24-48 hours unless otherwise communicated.
Payment: Payment terms are set according to the project milestones agreed upon in advance.
A deposit or escrow payment may be required before the start of work. Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval.
Revisions: Up to 2-3 minor revisions are included in the project scope unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions will be subject to an hourly fee.
Turnaround Time: Deadlines will be mutually agreed upon and adhered to unless unforeseen circumstances arise. Delays will be communicated promptly with suggested adjustments.
Ownership & Rights: Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment.I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.
Confidentiality: All client information and project details are treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations before the project starts will result in a partial refund of the deposit based on work already completed. No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables are approved.
Project Scope: Any requests outside the original project scope will require a new agreement or change order with additional fees.
