Design Engineer with Industrial Aerospace Experience 3D modelling, Rendering, Stress, Flow analysis, Prototyping, and drafting

4 years at Rolls-Royce working in Aerospace Engineering
- 1.5 years in Management, report writing and validation.
- 2.5 years as a 3D design and FEM specialist

My niche was short lead time, complex problem solving with conceptual CAD.
I also worked to validate those designs with stress simulations, and could then add detail to create Aerospace grade components.

I now work as a freelancing Mechanical Engineer for complete mechanical solutions (usually electronics enclosures). From a problem to a prototyped solution ready for mass manufacture.

Personally: I'm doing this to live my dream of working anywhere, while doing what I love (which is hopefully not helping some Engineering student in the States cheat on his Thesis) ;)

Work Terms

I'm incredibly flexible, and should be able to work to your schedule.
I prefer to have some phone contact to make sure we're on the same page about the work.
