Illustrator/Animator dedicated to making fun work that is tailored to your needs.

Hi there, my name is Duncan. I’m an illustrator, animator and designer from Cape Town, South Africa. I have a BA in Illustration from The Open Window Institute with a major in Illustration. After graduating I found that the only thing better than illustrating was making my illustrations come to life, this started a fascination with animation and motion design.

After two years of working as a graphic designer at agencies I decided to carve out my own path as a creative and merge my love of illustration, animation & storytelling with the design skills I have picked up along the way and start working freelance as an illustrator/animator.

With what little time I am not spending working I enjoy making music and walking my dog.

Work Terms

Although my official office hours are 9-5 (GMT +2) I am never far from my computer and will always try and get work done well before the deadline. I usually do all work communication through email as this is most convenient. I am open to using whatever for of communication the client uses though.
