EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

* I have 10+ years experience in Real Estate Financial Modeling, including my working experience at a global real estate agency and two multinational real estate developers/ investors. I have built financial models in Excel for 100+ real estate projects (Apartment, Townhouse, Hotel, Office, Retail, etc.). I have also tailored A.CRE models and my clients' existing models to their needs efficiently. I have worked with clients worldwide (USA, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Costa Rica, South Africa, Ethiopia, Myanmar, Vietnam, etc.);

* I have graduated from the A.CRE Accelerator program of the Adventures in CRE (A.CRE). In addition, I have completed the A.CRE's advanced modeling modules (including Development, Real Estate Debt, Partnership Cashflows, Property and Portfolio, and Mastering MS Excel in Real Estate);

* I have completed the "ESG Integration & Financial Analysis" and "Renewable Energy - Solar Financial Modeling" courses of the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI), and I have built financial models for green (e.g. regenerative, net-zero, zero waste, eco-village, etc.) development projects and a solar project;

* I have completed all the Google Sheets courses in the Workspace End User Learning Path created by Google Cloud Skills Boost, including Google Sheets, Google Sheets – Advanced Topics, and Use Functions, Formulas and Charts in Google Sheets.

* I can create a simplified version of your existing model(s) - a template pro forma that can be reused for similar projects in the future.
* I can create a dynamic portfolio model for your purposes.

Work Terms

We can either work on a fixed fee basis or an hourly basis.
* Hourly: my current rate is US$80/hour;
* Total fee: from several hundred dollars to several thousand dollars, depending on the scope of work;
* Delivery time: from several days to several weeks.
