- Each session is a minimum of **1 hour** (minimum **2 hours per week** for consistent progress).
- Sessions must be booked at the beginning of the month at least **48 hours in advance**, depending on availability.

✅ **Payment & Refund Policy:**
- Payment must be made at the start of the month to confirm your booking.
- No refunds for completed sessions or sessions cancelled within 24 hours and not rescheduled.
- Rescheduling is allowed with **at least 24 hours' notice**.

✅ **Communication & Lesson Format:**
- Sessions are conducted via **Zoom with a comprehensive summary sent after each lesson.
- Each lesson is customized based on your level, needs, and learning goals.
- Homework and resources will be shared digitally.

✅ **Cancellation & Rescheduling:**
- **24-hour notice** is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be **charged in full**.

- All sessions are **strictly confidential** and conducted with professionalism.
