Work Terms

DvD Productions edit your videos 8 hours a day!

Payment Terms for DVD Productions:

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upfront before work begins on any project. This secures your spot in our editing queue and initiates the editing process.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, prior to delivery of the final files.

Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included in the initial price. Any additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate, to be discussed and agreed upon.

Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround time will be agreed upon at the start of the project, typically within 3-5 business days for short-form videos. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. Other methods may be discussed upon request.

Late Payments: A 5% late fee will be applied for payments not received within 7 days of the final invoice.

Cancellations: If the project is canceled after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
