Work Terms

1) Hours of Operation
- I can work as a Full Time Developer or on Project Basis.

2) Payment Terms:
- (i) I prefere 30% as a Projest Initiation Fees (Project Basis)
(II) 30% on 50% completion of Project (Project Basis)
(III) 40% on Completion of the Project (Project Basis)

- Hourly Projects
- That will be acoording to the mutually agreed Milestones.

3) Communication:
- I will be available through Skype, VoiP, Phone, E-mail, Basecamp (If required)
