About

I have worked in the BPO industry for 10 years and moved to doing home-based jobs. I have been a Sales Representative, Virtual Assistant - Admin, Appointment Setter, Inside Sales Agent and Agent/Service Provider. I've worked for different companies with businesses such as Real Estate, Medical Supply Company and other small scale businesses (transcription /order taking / ads posting). Due to the many experiences in the virtual or home-based world, I have the basic skills in all types of works - excellent typing skills, active listening, showing empathy, exceeding customer satisfaction and exceeding client goals.
I am very happy with working at home as I have more flexible time for my family. We enjoy doing household chores all together, listening and singing along to music, playing guitar, cooking, baking. We love watching movies and I am hands on to their schooling. I am grateful to be able to attend to their needs without having my time for work suffer. With the length of my stay in this type of work, I have mastered time management and setting priorities. This isn't just work for me. This is the life of my family. I put my heart into this and value this work as much as I value my family.

Work Terms

I can work anytime, I can always adjust. I prefer wire transfer / bank transfer payments on a weekly basis but I am always open to negotiations. I prefer to be contacted thru my email but if there's a need for a call, skype is good. Anything that would make life easier for me and my client would be amenable for me.
