I am always here to assist you in your day-to-day operational needs.
I started freelancing in 2014 while I was struggling juggling between being a mother and a BPO worker. The night shifts used to be okay, but with a child, sleeping in the day had become harder each day.
I have always heard about working from home but didn't give it a shot until I luckily landed a job as an assistant. I started with the sole task of sending out emails to prospective clients then expanded to lead generation/research, to setting up WordPress sites.
After 4 years, I've become a general VA for various clients and have handled tasks such as customer support, order processing, inventory management, assisting in purchase orders, basic digital marketing, social media management (posting only), basic image editing, creating documentation, transcription, among other tasks that are assigned by the clients.
Working from home provided me with a lot of opportunities, to learn a lot of things on my own. It gives me a space to discover what more I wanted to do and the skills I wanted to learn. It gives me a sense of fulfillment everytime I accomplish a task, especially if it is something that I have not encountered yet.
I love challenges, and new things challenge me. It helps me strive to be better each day. I live for knowledge, and I feel more accomplished having learned something new or being able to impart my skill or knowledge to my workplace.
