I am a highly qualified IT project manager and business analyst. I strongly promote documentation from an organizational process asset standpoint. Where it normally would take someone a week to put together a requirements document I can usually do it in a day or two with the proper information. I excel at organizational process reengineering and my applied mathematics/statistics background affords me a unique perspective that your project can take advantage of. I am a native speaker of English and I am also very comfortable with managing multiple overseas assets.
