I am a creative leadership and organizational development consultant with more than 10 years of experience in diverse work environments. I am experienced in organizational assessment and diagnosis, and the design and facilitation of solutions that address complex organizational, team and individual leadership issues. I have strong meeting and facilitation skills; am able to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, build relationships based on trust, and possess strong project management skills.

Work Terms

I have full time job, so weekends are best, as are evening hours.
