This was an unique project that required starting with a completely blank "sheet of paper" and a rather incomplete (vague??) design brief. The ECRUX people , Mitesh and Shiva, have been very patient and have demonstrated incredible creativity and technical skill to deliver a great package. The project ran over the predicted time because it turned out to be considerably more complicated than we originally thought. Thecommunication between us was absolutely top rate, consisting of hundreds of emails and many Skype calls, with and without video. I cannot speak highly enough of the ECRUX team.

A complicated project. A few hiccups. A few delays from both parties. Some good solutions. Some frustrating events. EXCELLENT communications. We're getting there. Ecrux (Mitesh Patel) is very patient and understands our needs. This is quite a unique and challenging project, but Ecrux keeps coming up with the answers. One stage to go. Looking good.

Daryle Hamel (Ecrux.com {Mitesh Patel}) understood our rather vague requirements from our first posting. So far, we have had very good communications and rapport with Mitesh and his team. We are developing a quite unique project and Ecrux seems to be up to speed with our requirements. Still two deliveries to go, but so far, so good.

This was a fairly small job with Hari. He performed well and our communications were good. I am now embarking on a much larger job with his firm and the true test of the above categories will be the completion of this much more extensive job. I am not sure at this time if i will use guru to process the job and therefore I may not be able to leave feedback. Hari was extremely professional and easy to deal with. We had immediate responses to our feedback and questions (next day fixes). Also, he was able to give creative work arounds to a clunky 3rd party SDK we provided. All correspondents were through e-mail and it was very efficient. We will use eCrux for our next project without any worry.
