Hi my name is Edelyn Siamon, 21 years old and I live in Naga City. I was born and raised in Lucena City, but I graduated high school in Kalipay National High School Gingoog City. I wasn't able to pursue my course in college which is engineering, due to my family's financial crisis but I was able to apply for short courses in college that will definitely help me in my future career. I used to work as CSA of Amazon and FTD, both in the same company. I believe that is a plus as I understand that answering customers inquiries, resolving complains and misunderstanding by determining the cause of the problem, and providing the best possible resolutions are the essentials to effective and efficient customer service.
