I don´t only program, I am a programme manager, I've personally handled projects with over 10M USD budget -- delivery on-time.

Work Terms

I can fully work from 20 to 30 hours a week, I prefer video conference communications when possible, I accept PayPal payments; remote desktop if needed, email mandatory, phone if needed.
