I have been working in the BPO industry as a CSR (Customer Service Rep) /TSR (Technical Support Rep) for almost a decade now. Prior to that, I was an own-account entrepreneur.
In my role as a CSR, I am required to provide exceptional customer service at all times. I have mastered to value customers' effort and time. Exceeding customers’ expectations is a point of personal and professional pride for me, and this is a skill I am eager to continue developing. I have very high work ethics, focused and can work with least supervision. In my current role, I proactively share best practices on how to exceed both weighted and un-weighted metrics. Together, our team has consistently been on top when it comes to reliability. My years of experience thus provide me the confidence to apply for an online job. I intend to mobilize my earned expertise, novice as I may be in the field, I will use my ability to take on new challenges and learn fast. I firmly believe, the first step to knowledge is being open to what else is out there to learn.
I am also attracted to this role because of the growth opportunities that it provides. The research that I’ve done on online jobs has shown me that there are ample opportunities for self-motivated individuals like me. As a hobby, I also do carpentry and the high level of hard work, organization and attention to detail are second nature to me, and I am eager to apply these skills in new and challenging environments.
