Effective English-Spanish translation that conveys original meaning

Ed worked twenty-two years for the School of Human Resources and Labor (SHRLR) at Michigan State University. There he served for a total of five years as Associate Director for Academic Programs being responsible for its Master and PhD programs. In addition, he served as Acting Director for the entire SHRLR while the Director was on sabbatical leave during the Fall 1997 semester.

As member of the SHRLR faculty, Ed conducted research on employee compensation systems and taught graduate courses dealing with: Employee Compensation Systems; HR Strategies and Decisions; Business Fundamentals for HR Professionals; and Statistics for HR Professionals. He taught a series of executive (not-for-credit) seminars dealing with specific employee compensation topics.

Ed also taught at various Business Schools including the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, the Business School at the University of Redlands, and the Graduate School of Business Administration (EGADE) in Mexico’s Monterrey Tech.
