Also being able to understand the technical limitations of IT while setting the fair expectation of delivery, cut-over and maintenance.
My name is Edward who has a total career experience in IT of 3 years and still growing (said on June 2020). It has been an intensive one, being involved in all phases of the delivery cycle in both understanding and practicality. With the fuel to grow in capability and person.
My main themes of skill sets revolve around -
- Understanding your business pains and attempt to find ways to resolve the problem using IT (Whether it is process, business-as-usual or project initiatives)
- Using Technical Capability to build a solution depending on whats needed being conscious of maintainability and future use
- Gauging Estimations, delivery timelines and milestones
- Communication when odds are against myself
