Customer Service Representative at your service!

Hi, I am Edyssa Rue Olid. I am 20 years old and I have been working as a Customer Service Agent work at home for 3 years and I am proud to say that I just recently graduated last year with a Bachelor's degree in Airline Management and I am a single mother of two kids. I am a daughter, student, a full time mom and a full time worker who has been always aiming for gold for the good of my family and kids and also for myself.

I am an experienced Customer Service Representative for over 3 years on Amazon and Ebay where it has prepared me to be internet savvy and have the basic knowledge when dealing with car parts and settling customer issue and providing them customer satisfaction, contact with 3rd party seller for damage and lost packages. Process order fulfillment, refunds and replacement and Amazon business for customer who wants to sell tgeir products to Amazon. I also responded to customer emails such as refund requests, cancellation of orders, change in item or updating shipping addresses.

and as I have mention above,I am a single mom with 2 wonderful children and over the years of being a mom at a very young age I have learned to be patient and understanding with a lot of things. I am hardworking and can work with less supervision. I am willing to be trained and honest enough to ask questions whenever I am not familiar with a certain process. I am flexible, I can work anytime of the day without any complain. I am looking for a long term job who I can turn it out as my career on that, I would'nt working full time since I love what I am doing and I am capable of pushing thru my limits.

Work Terms

I would like to work as full time. 40 hours a week or more than that.
