Work Terms

I am available for both full-time and part-time projects, typically working from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Tanzania Time), Monday through Friday. However, I am flexible and can adjust to meet urgent deadlines or different time zones based on project requirements. Payment for my services is usually structured through an hourly rate or fixed-price projects, with payment agreed upon before starting the project based on its scope. For larger projects, I prefer setting up milestones where payment is made upon the completion of key deliverables. I typically require a **50% upfront deposit** for all new projects, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. I accept payments via payPal, bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods. Communication is a key part of successful collaboration, and I prefer to handle initial discussions, project briefs, and formal correspondence via WhatsApp l For daily communication, I use WhatsApp, Slack, or Skype for quick responses and am happy to set up meetings via Zoom or Google Meet as needed. I am open to adjusting these preferences to meet the needs of the client, ensuring a smooth and effective working relationship.
