  Overall I have been pleased with the large undertaking I have pursued with this professional. I was pretty realistic that the original time frame he gave for completing the project was not doable, and despite the increased time (some lags having to do with things out of both our control) he did manage to finish a workable product to my complete satisfaction. His technical skills are excellent. His creativity and/or ability to turn suggestions into actions were also quite good. Timeliness, as mentioned above, was realistic under the wide scope of work being done. The one constant which I have discussed with the professional and which improved by discussion was his poor communication. I know as a person hiring professionals to perform technical skills that are beyond my ability the skill is more critical than the communcation, but Emanuel and other technical types would be best served by making a greater effort to communicate at all levels.

  Emanuel was a pleasure to work with in what was for me the arduous task of merging two preexisting websites into a unified new look. He was generally available for discussion and was able to make most of the changes I wanted/needed. While there are still some final tweaks to be done, I am overall pleased with the project and felt no regret about having hired Emanuel. His technical skills outmatch his creative skills, but he was able to transfer what I communicated into a more creative vision. I am more of a creative, less technical person so working together I think we were able to come up with an end result that will have a lot of benefit to the overall success of my business. My one real frustration was what was for me Emanuel's lack of proactive communication and he would be better served in his work by being more communicative.
