1. Scope of Services
Content Writing: I will provide high-quality, original content, including articles, blog posts, website copy, and other written materials as agreed upon.
Video Editing: I will edit and enhance video footage, applying techniques such as cutting, trimming, adding transitions, and incorporating sound effects and music.
2. Client Responsibilities
Provide clear and specific instructions, guidelines, or briefs for each project.
Deliver all necessary materials, such as images, videos, or data, in a timely manner.
Review and approve the final product before delivery.
Pay the agreed-upon fee within the specified timeframe.
3. Freelancer Responsibilities
Complete projects within the agreed-upon deadline.
Ensure all content is original, plagiarism-free, and adheres to copyright laws.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Revise and edit content as needed until the client is satisfied.
4. Payment Terms
Payment will be made through the Freelancer platform according to the agreed-upon terms.
A 50% deposit may be required upfront for larger projects.
The remaining balance will be paid upon completion and delivery of the final product.
5. Copyright and Ownership
Upon full payment, the client will own the copyright to the completed work.
