As a software developer, I am experienced in developing scripts, standalone and web applications for synthesizing large volumes of qualitative scientific information for research programs.
Since 2008, I have been working as Bioinformatics Programmer at Office of Portfolio Analysis (OPA) at National Institute of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland, USA.
I have MS degree in Bioinformatics (multidisciplinary) from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP).
My expertise is in data extraction, data crawling/mining, data cleansing, data manipulation, cluster analysis and document fingerprint development. My skills are in Python Pyramid, Perl, R, JavaScript, HTML, Jinja2, Bootstrap, JQuery and PostgreSQL.
I am responsible and have good analytical and communication skills and detail oriented personality.
