My bookkeeping services include;

- Regular bookkeeping with transaction categorization and Journal Entries.
- Cloud accounting and bookkeeping setup in QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, Wave, and Zoho books.
- Chart of accounts, customer, vendor, invoicing, billing, banking, tracking, AP, AR, inventory, and payroll setup and management.
- Accounts reconciliation and general ledger management.
- Account catchup and backlog entry into QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, Wave, and Zoho books.
- Balance sheet, Profit and Loss, and Cash Flow statement preparation.
- Financial statement analysis and Management reports preparation.
- Accounts cleanup and assisting in taxes.
- Month-end and year-end closing.

Work Terms

I work remotely on flexible hours.
My hourly rate is $20 per hour but I also work on a fixed budget.
Apart from messaging on this platform, I use Slack, Email, Whatsapp, Zoom, Skype and Teams for communication.
