Regular updates provided based on client preferences (daily, weekly, or as needed).

3. Project Scope & Milestones:
Project scope, deliverables, and milestones will be clearly defined at the start.
I prefer milestone-based projects with payments tied to completed phases (e.g., design completion, BOQ delivery).
Open to scope adjustments if needed, with mutual agreement on timelines and pricing.

4. Payment Terms:
I accept fixed-price or milestone-based payments for projects.
Hourly billing available for long-term projects, with weekly or bi-weekly invoicing.
Payment is requested upon the completion of each milestone or deliverable through Guru’s Pay system.

5. Revisions & Feedback:
Open to feedback and revisions to ensure high-quality work.
Minor revisions within the original scope are included; major changes may require revised pricing or timelines.
I encourage open dialogue to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

6. Confidentiality:
Client confidentiality is a priority; willing to sign an NDA if required.
All project files and documents remain confidential and will not be shared without client consent.

7. Deadlines:
I adhere strictly to deadlines, delivering work on or before the agreed-upon time.
If unforeseen delays arise, I will communicate promptly and suggest solutions to meet deadlines.

8. Tools & Software:
I use industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project for all deliverables.
Files and project updates will be provided in formats compatible with client systems.
