creative coaching with intellectual rigor
As a writing consultant, I have edited dissertations on topics ranging from psychology to terrorist cells in Africa, collaborated on e-books and blogs for an automated marketing software company, ghostwritten personal accounts of soldiers on the frontlines in Afghanistan and Iraq, and provided research for a book on ancient economies published by Columbia University Press in 2015.
Additionally, I have taught creative nonfiction in the Lesley University MFA program, in the Foundation Year Program at Northeastern, and at Lyon College, a small liberal arts school in Arkansas, where I was the 2008 visiting fellow in creative writing.
Work Terms
I value open communication and a concrete but flexible workplan, which the client and I will develop at the beginning of the project.
