Practical Engineering :- Project Management/Planning/Best Practice/RAMS / Training - Power / Pharma / Water / Energy Industries

• 35 Years experience working in the Water / Oil / Power / Pharma Industries on Mechanical / Electrical & Instrumentation Projects

•Project Management /Design /Procurement / Installation Supervision / Commissioning of plant & equipment

• Compilation of Testing & Commissioning systems for both the Mechanical / Electrical & Instrumentation equipment installed to FAT’s & SAT’s requirements by client

• Compilation of tender documents for submission to clients, to include specifications,calculations & operating philosophy

• Compilation of risk assessments, method statements & safe working procedures

• Management of a team both office based and on-site, including sub-contractors

• Liaison & negotiations with manufacturers & sub-contractors

• Procurement & Site Supervision of Sub-contractors to clients specifications. Programming works & working to timescales

• Presentation of training courses using both workshop / site and training room location, both verbal / written & practical. Subjects covered included Level :- Pressure Differential / Displacer / Guided Wave Radar Flow :- Magflow – Pump Installations – Actuators etc
