Designed, implemented, and supervised all stages of both quantitative and qualitative survey projects. Designed questionnaires for face-to-face, telephone, mail, e-mail, and web surveys on subject matter ranging from the attitudes of the general population toward current policy issues to organizational climate and customer satisfaction surveys to HIV/AIDS prevention programs to activity patterns among the general population. Organized and conducted focus groups, cognitive interviews, traditional and cognitive pretests of survey instruments. Created work plans for multiple survey projects. Directed activities of other staff members on numerous simultaneous studies. Managed all aspects of client relationships. Developed detailed training manuals for coding and interviewing staff. Prepared deliverables, such as datasets, codebooks, methodological, descriptive, and analytical reports. Conducted statistical analysis using SPSS and SAS. Programmed CATI and CASI instruments using CASES, Raosoft SurveyWin, and Decisive Survey. Developed sampling procedures and weights (design and/or post-stratification). Participated in the development of the coding scheme for the cognitive interview protocols and designed procedures for the reliability testing of the scheme.
