Work Terms

Hours of Operation

Availability: I am available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Weekend and after-hours work can be accommodated by special request.

Turnaround Time: I aim to complete short articles and academic papers within 3–5 business days, with extended timelines for book-length projects. Expedited services are available for an additional fee.


Payment Terms

Rates: My rates are customized based on the project scope and are typically charged per word or per page. Contact me for a personalized quote based on your document's specific requirements.

Payment Process: I request a 30% deposit to begin, with the balance due upon project completion. I accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer.

Invoices and Deadlines: Invoices are issued upon project completion, with a 14-day payment period. A late fee of 5% may apply for payments overdue by 15 days or more.


Preferred Communication Style

Primary Channels: I primarily communicate via email and am open to using messaging apps or project management tools if preferred.

Response Time: I strive to respond to all client inquiries within 24 hours during business hours.

Project Updates: Regular updates are provided at key checkpoints, with opportunities for client feedback to ensure alignment with expectations.
