I worked as a customer service representative for various international accounts. I have handled a lot of concerns about their bill, their orders and so on and so forth. But no one ever cared how we felt on the other side of the line. Nobody seems to understand that we are also human beings that has own own challenges and struggles. I hope to share my thoughts and insights each day as I speak my mind.
