I’m Elijah Yaw Aidam, a detail-oriented Data Annotator and Quality Assurance Lead based in Accra, Ghana, with a passion for delivering high-quality data that powers AI solutions. It was here that I became deeply involved in high-impact projects, such as annotating artery sizes for cardiovascular diagnostics and labeling solar panel placements for sustainable energy optimization. The challenge of ensuring 99% accuracy while working under tight deadlines was one I embraced, and it’s one of the reasons I have a strong reputation for reliable delivery.

As I grew in my role, I became a Quality Assurance Lead, overseeing a team of 10+ data annotators. I find the rhythm of the strokes, the focus on technique, and the quiet concentration in the water to be a great mental reset, allowing me to approach work with a refreshed perspective.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I operate in GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), typically working from 9 AM to 6 PM GMT. I offer flexibility in my working hours, ensuring I can adjust to clients across various time zones. For urgent or high-priority projects, I am open to working outside standard hours to meet deadlines.

Payment Terms:
I provide flexible payment options, with terms customized based on project scope and size. Typically, I work on either an hourly or per-project basis. For larger projects, I prefer milestone payments, which include an initial deposit upfront and subsequent payments as key project milestones are achieved. This ensures both parties are aligned on expectations and progress.

Payment methods I accept include PayPal, Bank Transfer, and TransferWise. I strive to ensure that payment terms are agreed upon at the start of the project to avoid any confusion, providing clarity on rates and deliverables.

Preferred Communication Style:
I value clear and consistent communication to ensure smooth project flow. For initial and for ongoing communication, I mainly use Slack, and Trello for updates and feedback. This helps keep the project organized and ensures everyone is on the same page.
