I am a freelance architect, member of CHAMBER OF ARCHITECTS IN BULGARIA ( License Number 05642 ), with strong technical and graphics skills and I design buildings (at all project stages), make architectural drawings, specifications of the design, calculations, 3D models, analysis, researches, presentations, sketches, architectural reconstructions, review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations; define design and space planning problems, conceptualize possible solutions etc.
I have an experience in consulting clients, managing interns, interacting with engineers and other people involved in the design and in the building of the project.
I have a huge interest in sustainable design and eco-friendly architecture.
