Willa T. Bruce-Gooding is a Liberian-American Project Manager/HR Manager, based in Liberia as well as in Concord, NC. Willa’s experience ranges from serving in the corporate travel industry for over 20yrs with American Express (US) and United World Travel in Liberia, to running her Real Estate Firm in Liberia for over 8 years servicing clients like The World Bank, African Development Bank, EcoBank LIB and The International Finance Corporation (IFC).

She also opened an HR Management Company that serviced clients such as Cardno Emerging Markets, Sheledia Inc., and The Mitchell Group all based in the US. Willa worked with Sarama Pedsam Mining LTD, a Canadian company, and African Petroleum based in the UK. Willa’s most recent employment over the last five years as Program Manager for The Mitchell Group; implementing a clinical research program in Liberia with NIAID DCR and Leidos Biomedical Research Inc. for Ebola. She managed over 530 staff, 5 sites, and an annual budget of over 75 million. Willa is a member of the Rotary Club of Monrovia and the Secretary-General of the Liberia Cancer Society.


Shane Sie Brownell is a Liberian-American Broker and Portfolio Manager, based in Atlanta. He has worked across diverse industries, with skills in sales, finance, light construction, strategy, and innovation. Shane is a cross-functional manager with a $37.5M portfolio (single-family real estate in the Atlanta Area Market). We deliver competitive ROI; we deliver projects at cost, on time, and above expectations. Six plus years as a remote manager, representing over sixty high net worth clients across 10 countries.

Shane started his career in Monrovia, providing supervision to utilities (water and power generation). Shane has fourteen plus years of experience in customer-facing roles, plus ten years of general management experience in high-paced sales & project environments leading cross-functional teams.
