I've been freelancing now for almost four years in Customer Service Management and Social Media Specialist.
I have over 10+ years working in customer service, answering emails, phone support and more recently, Live Chat.
I started my professional career working as a Receptionist at a large resort, trying not to tangle the cord to the multi-line phone system that I managed.
I've since moved on to work as an Office, Operations and Marketing Manager for several large companies, start-ups, and non-profits.
The hat rack is usually full where ever I've worked as I'm accustomed to wearing many hats.
I consider myself an advanced computer user.
