I am a trained proofreader specialising in, but not limited to, engineering and related technical subjects.

I regularly edit journal articles and research papers for a global academic services provider, in both British and American English, and in subjects including Physics, Environmental Science and Computer Science as well as Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, Materials, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering.

Previous experience in writing, editing and proofreading technical manuals, operating manuals, health and safety documentation, sales literature, newsletters and websites.

I work with both native and non-native speakers of English.

Work Terms

I am based in the UK and my standard hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
However, I am flexible and will always work closely with you to ensure that the service I provide is tailored to your requirements.
