My background mainly centers around customer service. I have 10 years of experience, two of those were spent as an assistant manager. I am currently a transcriptionist and transcription editor and have been doing that for two, almost three years now. Other skills and services I offer are email handling, content moderation and content creation for social media accounts, data entry, resume writing and proofreading, and internet and market research.
