Elizabeth Whitted Dawson provides development/fundraising and strategic planning support to non profits and small/midsized private businesses. She brings more than 20 years experience in the field of economic development, grant writing and small business capacity building to public and private clients. Ms. Whitted Dawson has extensive knowledge of government, corporate and private foundation funding. She has served as an Economist with the City of San Diego, Special Assistant to the Mayor, City and County of San Francisco- Public Finance, Principal Consultant - WD Global Bridge (15 years) and most recently Development Manager for Institutional Giving with the Catalina Island Conservancy. During her career, Ms. Whitted-Dawson has assisted governments, non profits and businesses with raising more than $5 billion for arts/culture, community development conservation, education, healthcare, housing, redevelopment, transportation and water/wastewater.
