here's a quick overview of my experiences and abilities,

I love talking to people helping them in the best of my ability is one of my passion,
Been working as a Customer Care Specialist for 2 years with a Telecommunication company based in the US (Sprint) my job includes explaining the customer's bill, handling complaints, performing trouble shooting on their phone, reporting a network issue, De-escalating a call and handling minor escalations.

Also I worked as a Lead Engagement Specialists for almost a year and my job is to make 20-25 phone calls per hour search for the right person contact who handles the solution we are offering such as Elevator, IT,Phone systems etc.

I also have experienced being an Admin Associates / Customer Care for StudySoup company based in the US my obligation includes documenting using google drive or Microsoft office.
