I worked in Corporate Business or BPO companies for more than 5 years now as a Customer service representative and Retention Specialist. I've been with different Line of Business and Departments. Prior to that I worked as Logistics Coordinator in Middle East, that's why I do have experience in Excel Sheets. As of the moment, I am working as a Menu transcriber for extracting information from different files to Google Spreadsheet.
