Helping Growing Business Owners to focus on serving their clients by taking care of their bookkeeping and compliance responsibilities.

Hi. I’m Elle Fields. I talk with Growing Business Owners all the time, and it’s always the same things we talk about - the overwhelm around managing their bookkeeping and paperwork and not being able to be on the tools as much as they’d like to be.

Many business owners are operating their businesses with a blindfold on and don’t know their numbers. It’s a dangerous game, like playing Russian Roulette. If they don’t know their financial position, it can be challenging to make confident business decisions to grow their business.

Because of this, they are struggling with the following:
•Not paying themselves adequate wages.
•Working very long hours and not having enough quality time for themselves or their families.
•Feeling overwhelmed and stressed about managing their finances.
•They feel out of control with staying on top of their business finances and paperwork or are behind in their bookkeeping.

Many are experiencing cash flow problems and aren’t sure what to do about it. It’s just not a fun way to run a business. It can be soul-destroying at times.
