I span the scientific and artistic arenas. I hold a PhD in Environmental Chemistry from Duke University, am well-published in peer-reviewed journals and enjoy presenting and lecturing. Yet, I am also a trained musician, a therapeutic hypnotist outdoor enthusiast, and run my own fine gardening company.
