Currently, I am with JAQ Business Solutions, serving as a Lead Generation Specialist, Appointment Setter and LinkedIn Account Manager.
Previously, I have worked as a Customer Service Specialist/Assistant Team Lead for several BPO companies, handled billing,telecommunications and technical businesses. As a summary, I have worked in such industry for over 8 years,
And just late of last year, I decided to work remotely and offer services like SEO Content Writing to several clients.
I do understand the challenges of marketing and customer service in different businesses and I am passionate in offering my services to help solve problems alike. In my current "work", all of us are striving everyday to meet and even extend results.
