Virtual Assistant
I am experienced in communicating directly with my clients, I have honed my skills in problem-solving, critical-thinking and investigation skills as a previous technical support representative. I've also developed being attentive to detail as this is essential for my job as a virtual assistant. I'm also knowledgeable in Microsoft tools such as Excel and Outlook. I have a fair share of experience using insurance CRMs such as AMS360, EZLynx, QQCatalyst and Nexsure.
I am attentive, goal-oriented and organized when it comes with my tasks ensuring the quality of my work. I am curious and creative when it comes to my job and I can easily be trained as I can adapt easily and can also work with others very well.
