Dr. Emad Windi has more than 20 years of academic, proposal writing, and
project management experience. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he has
followed both an academic carrier as a university professor as well as a
consultant carrier as a proficient and professional RFP and grant proposal writer.
Currently a professor at Gannon University in Erie, PA, Dr. Windi also devotes his
time to proposal management. He has written over $680 million worth of
successful proposals during the past 5 years and over $80 million worth of
successful grants from various public and private institutions.
Dr. Windi is also a proficient project manager with extensive experience in Civil,
Mechanical and Electrical work including assessments, estimation, planning,
control and execution.

Started as the lead proposal manager and was promoted to Senior Proposal
Manager which is equivalent to the Director of the Department. During this
period I have managed the preparation of over $680 million successful RFPs and
$80 million successful grants.
My expertise has been in Federal and State Government proposals as well as
Grants. I have prepared proposals and grants for the Departments of Defense,
Interior, Homeland Security, Energy, Health, GSA, SBIR, .... as well as state
governments such as Virginia, Arizona, New York, California, Texas and 18 other
states.
